Walt Ungerer, Managing Director

Walt Ungerer is a recognized executive with over fifteen years of experience working with next-generation start-ups and small-cap public companies in the Tech, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector. 

Walt has successfully executed a broad category of engagements ranging from $60M transactions to company-wide rebrandings for NASDAQ traded companies.  He maintains functional relationships with an extensive list of private and public equity investment firms. 

His efforts in the TMT sector have earned recognition from Reuters, Frost and Sullivan and an Emmy Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Active in the Greater Atlanta community, Walt provides pro bono financial and strategic advisory work to various non-profit organizations.  Walt is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the National Investor Relations Institute.
